October 6, 2011 - We have a few walls!

October 5, 2011 - We have a first floor!

We have some walls!

The Porta Potty is in!

Last week the basement was poured and then it sat so it could cure. When we stopped by on Sunday, October 2, 2011 there was a porta potty and beams laying on the ground.

When I stopped by yesterday after school the beams were up and some walls were built.

Footers

The footers were poured on Tuesday, September 13th. They're supposed to pour the basement today.

Holes and Polka Dots

We finally have a SOLD sign! The builders have gotten some things done this week. They cleared the lot on Tuesday, the plumbing inspector came on Wednesday and they dug on Thursday and Friday. Since we will have a walk out basement there are a lot of piles of dirt at the front of the house and the hole isn't very deep. It was raining while we were taking pictures, so I took a picture of Dave and his polka dot umbrella.
