Here is the plan:
May 4th-5th: Packing Days (the movers will be packing our stuff)
May 6th: Load Day (the movers will be loading our stuff)
May 7th: Drive Day
May 8th-9th: Our window of delivery
Donna, our moving expert/quoter person, says that sometimes it doesn't take 2 days to pack and that the load day/window of delivery could possibly move up depending on the driver/packer people.
I spoke with Sheila at the elementary and we decided since there is space in the 3 year old preschool that Gabe will start school either May 7th or 16th (depending on when the kids and I actually get there). There aren't any spaces available in the 4 year old preschool, so poor little Maddie won't get to go until September.

I'm glad that you've got details firming up. It's also quite excellent that the movers are doing the packing. That will save you guys lots of stress.
I'm sorry Maddie has to wait until fall, though. But then it should be kindergarten, right? And that's huge.
Ahhhh I'm moving to New Mexico the exact same day. It's coming up SO FAST.
